Room Acousting is done at the site to provide the sound proofing of Diesel Generators installed in Room. Technical specification of Acoustic Enclosure Silent D.G. set Container is Modular Construction with the provision to Assemble & Dismantle easily as per site condition. The container is Fabricated out of CRCA sheet of 14/16/18 SWG. The Sheet Metal Components are Chemically treated for making it suitable for installation even in open areas. Sound proofing of Container is done with high Quality Rock wool Confirming to IS 8183 of two slab of 50mm thickness and density of 96 Kg/M3. The Rockwool is further covered with Fiber glass Tissue Paper & Perforated Painted Sheet. The door are gasketed with high quality reopen Gasket to make container Dust & vermin Proof. The Door handle are Lockable type - A Special residential silencer is provided with the DG Control Exhaust noise. To ensure adequate Ventilation Suitable Axial flow Fan is used to meet the total Air Requirement.
